    3x + y = 5
    3x - 3x + y = -3x + 5

    y = -3x + 5

    m = -3

    y - y1 = m(x -x1)

    y - 4 = -3(x - (-1))
    y -4 =-3(x+1)
    y - 4 = -3x -3
    y -4 + 4 = -3x -3 + 4
    y = -3x + 1
