Now wrap that same wire not once around the circuit but 100 times before you connect it again to the D-side. Without realizing it, in doing so you have been building some kind of a transformer (we will discuss transformers later in the course).
d) Calculate |V_1| in terms of the 1 loop emf \mathcal\epsilon,R_1,R_2 (enter epsilon for \epsilon).

e) Calculate |V_2| in terms of the 1 loop emf \mathcal\epsilon,R_1,R_2 (enter epsilon for \epsilon).

f) Express |V_1/V_2| in terms of R_1 and R_2
