The line with slope 6/7, through (0,7)
y=mx+b
y=6/7x+7
-6/7 -6/7
-7*(6/7x+y)=7*-7
6-7y=49
Your first step is OK, but you made some mistakes after that.
Multiply y=6/7x+7 by 7.
7y = 6x + 49
