A man lifts a 21.1 kg bucket from a well and does 3.1 kJ of work. How deep is the well? Assume that the man lifts the bucket at constant speed. Answer in units of m.

I am not sure if I did this right:

(mg)(d)= Wnet

(21.1 kg)(9.81)(d)= 3100J
d= 14.98 meters

    m g h = 3,100
    21.1 * 9.8 * h = 3,100
    h = about 15 meters up
