Algebra

The length of a rectangle is 5 less than twice the width. Find the dimensions if the perimeter is 110?

asked by Chad
  1. P = 2L + 2W

    110 = 2(2W - 5) + 2W

    110 = 6W - 10

    120 = 6W

    20 = W
