    9.0 = -4.9(v^2/4.9^2) + v(v/4.9) + 1.5

    That is the vertical component. So, the speed is

    √(7√3)^2 + 22^2 = 25.12 m/s

    9.0=-4.9(v^2/9.8^2)+v(v/9.8)+1.5.
    The rest can be correctly solved using this equation.
