Males make a mean of 531 on math SAT with standard deviation of 114. Minimum 600 score. what's the % of males that don't satisfy this requirement?

Pregnancies usually distributed mean of 268 days and standard distribution 15 days. Baby born three week premature at least 3 weeks early. what's the % babies born premature?

Use the same website computational tool I provided in your other question,
http://psych.colorado.edu/~mcclella/java/normal/accurateNormal.html

For the first problem, mean = 531, std deviation = 114, start, 600; end: any number at leat 5 std deviations above the mean, like 2000. I get 27.25%

For the second one, mean=268, std dev. = 15, start around 180 or less, end 247 (3 weeks early). I get 8.08%

A normal curve will not apply to all pregnancies since there is a high fraction of short-term miscarriages
