BUT, I think you are meant to do these without a calculator, since all three are set as simple cases.

32^1.2
= (2^5)1.2
= 2^6
= 64

(-216)^(-2/3)
= 1/( (-216)^(2/3) )
= 1/( -216^(1/3)^2 )
= 1/ (-6)^2
= 1/36
