    distributive property

    = x(x^2-3x+2) + 7(x^2-3x+2)
    you take it from there

    2. (x + 7) – (x2 – 3x + 2)
    like terms
    -x^2 +(1+3)x + 7-2
    you take it from there

    x + x +7 + 7
    you take it from there
