  1. 120 cal/g x 4g = ??
    multiply the numbers.
    120 x 4 = 480
    multiply the units.
    (cal/g) x g = cal
    So the answer is 480 cal.
    I don't know "what the proper units are" unless you mean to evaluate the units at the same time.
