  1. The period of a sine or cosine curve
    = 360°/k , where k is the coeffiecient of the angle

    e.g. your 1st question

    y = sin 2x , k = 2
    period = 360°/2
    = 180°

    or in radians:
    period = 2π/k = 2π/2 = π

    do the others the same way.

    Where do I start to prove this identity: sinx/cosx= 1-cos2x/sin2x please help!! Hint: Fractions are evil. Get rid of them. Well, cos2x = cos2x - sin2x, so 1-coscx = 1 - cos2x - sin2x = 1 - cos2x + sin2x You should be able to
