    T = sqrt (2H/g)
    where H = 20 m and g = 9.8 m/s^2

    Calculate that time and then calculate how far the next drop has fallen at that time, which is
    H' = (1/2)g(T - 0.25)^2
    since it started to fall 0.25 seconds later than the lower drop.

    The vertical drop separation at that time is H - H'
