Algebra please help

f(x)=1/3(x+7)^2+4
find the vertex,the line of symmetry, and the max or min. value of the f(x) graph the function.

  1. in general:
    for f(x) = a(x-h)^2 + k

    the vertex is (h,k)
    the axis of symmetry is x=h
    and the max/min is k

    apply your equation to this.
