Given that circle A has a radius of 52 and a radii AB and AC form an angle of 132 degrees, find the exact length of BC

asked by Lauren
  1. arc length = rØ, where Ø is the angle of the sector in radians

    so Ø/2π = 132/360
    Ø = 2π(11/30) = 22π/30

    arc = 52(22π/30) = 572π/15 units
