y = 18.1

points (-6.2,18.1) and (-3.4,18.1)
As drwls said above,
"The slope is zero and the y-intercept is 18.1."

The slope intercept form of an equation is,
y = mx + b
m = 0
y-intercept = 18.1
y = 0x + 18.1
y = 18.1 is the equation for the line.
