I know this sentence is strong but, how do I explain it's strong?

Very few students use heroin. Tom is a student. So Tom doesn't use heroin.

  3. The three sentences, being short and clear, make them strong sentences, although this style is choppy. Other than that, I don't see them as strong sentences. The only verbs are "use" and "is" which are not strong verbs.
