Business Communication

Which of the following would be classified as an informative or positive message?

a) A request for information
b) An announcement of a policy that reduces benefits
c) A memo for the file recording actions and rationales
d) A letter to an employer announcing you have accepted another offer

As far as I know, all the messages are informative. (B) and (D) are NOT positive messages. So that means either (A) or (C) could be classified as positive... is the correct answer (C)?

asked by Hanna
  1. A request for information does not seem either informative or positive. I would go with C too, even though it is not necessarily positive.
