Is it y=(1/x) * (x+2)-3

  1. We do not know what the asymptotes are, nor do we know if there is any, unless we know what f(x) is.

    y=(1/x) * (x+2)-3
    will have two asymptotes, one horizontal and one vertical.

    However, we still cannot write anything about y=f(x+2)- 3
