  1. 3300 Watts if 100% efficient
    595/3300 = .18 so 18%

    13/11 * 595 = 703 Watts

    2.
    200 = V i = i^2 R

    i^2 =200/2 =100
    i = 10 amps
    so
    V = i R = 10*2 = 20 volts
