What lifestyles (lifestyle is a manner of living that reflects the person's values and attitudes) can people lead? What are the main differences among lifestyles? What do you have in mind when you speak about luxurious, traditional and modern lifestyles? Speak about marital status, number of children in a family, accommodation, duties in the family, etc. In that way they might be similar and different? How is your life today different from that of your parents' and grandparents' generation?
Probably your grandparents and people their age live traditional lifestyles. Think about how the lives of people in their twenties differ from those of people in their sixties.
They marry a person of the opposite sex before they live with him/her. They dress rather conservatively. The woman cooks most or all of the meals and does most or all of the housework. Most parents of the traditional generation had their children before they were 30.
A modern lifestyle includes young people living together -- often for years before and if they marry. They wait until they're in their thirties before having children. Much of their food is already prepared and requires only heating in a microwave or comes hot from a local restaurant as "take-out."
