  1. Submerge it in a measuring cup and see how much the water level rises.

    There is no simple mathematical formula for the contour of an egg, although it does have an axis of symmetry. You would have to trace the r(x) profile (or cast a shadow), add an r(x) multiplier term to the integrand, and perform a numerical integration vs x in cylindrical coordinates.
