1. First of all there is no equation at the beginning, how did it suddenly turn into one in the third line?

somebody else posted a very similar question, but it said
solve 6x^2 - 13x - 28 = 0

If that is your question also, then ...
it factors to
(2x-7)(3x+4) = 0
x = 7 or x = -4/3

6. Then it cannot possible say or expect you to "solve" it
You can only solve equations, which means that they must contain an "=" sign.

You do not have an equation!!!!
So all you can do is factor it, which I did for you
