Can you help me word this question, please? I don't want to sound too wordy!! Thank you very much.

Could you possibly download the vocabulary activies on literature and the political election on the computer near the door in teacher's room in a folder you'll call "English"?

  2. It's a bit awkward with one sentence. I assume you mean a "folder" on the desktop screen of the computer. It isn't clear what political election you are talking about. The word "activities" is misspelled.

    Here is one suggestion:

    <<Could you possibly download the vocabulary activities in literature and the (?) political election? Please use the computer near the door in the teacher's room, and place the files in a desktop folder that you'll label "English".>>

    If the election is the recent pariamentary one in the UK, you should say so.

    If the computer is a room used by all teachers, you should write teachers', not teacher's.
