Hi..Can you balance these 4 chemical reactions for me please:
1) Cu + 2Ag NO3
2) Zn + Al(NO3)3
3) Cu + ZnSO4
4) Ca + 2HCI

Also will a chemical reaction occur in any of these?
Thanks so much

  1. Balancing takes a little patience and some practice. You won't learn getting others to do your work for you. If you will tell me what you don't understand about balancing I will show you in detail how to do the one of your choice.

The second part about reactions. All of these are single replacement type reactions. Here is a link called the activity series. Any metal in the chart will replace any ION BELOW it in the chart.

I just need to know the net ionic equation and balance them. I figured the equation. but the net and balance is harder. Co(NO3)2 (aq) + NaOH (aq) = CoOH (s) + Na(NO3)2 (aq) Co(NO3)2 (aq) + Na2CO3 (aq) = CoCO3 (s) + Na2(NO3)2 (aq)
