how would i solve this rational equation
y+2/y=1/y-5

1. Multiply both sides by y.

y^2 + 2 = 1 - 5y

y^2 + 5y + 1 = 0

Since I am unable to factor this quadratic equation, I cannot find a solution. Sorry.
