  2. The value of the equilibrium constant (Kp) as represented by the first chemical equation is 1.80 x 10-2 at 500 K. Calculate the value of the equilibrium constant (Kp) for the second equation at the same temperature. Express answer in scientific notation.

  3. The answer is just the reciprocal of the first Kp. So in your calculator type in 1/1.80e-2 and that will be your answer for the Kp of the second equation at the same temperature.
The answer will be (in scientific notation): 5.56e1
