Put subject in "School Subject" area, so tutors who are experts in the area will respond.

It is the formal version of "What are you doing there?" The familiar would be "¿Qué hacéis allí?"
In this case, they are questioning more than one person. However, I doubt if it would be translated as "you'all" since the English "you" can be either singular or plural.
