If an arrow is fired at 200km/h horizontally, about how long will it take to strike a target 30 meters away?

  1. Divide the distance by the speed of the arrow. I suggest changing 200 km/h to meters per second, to get the answer in seconds.

    200 km/h*1000 m/km * 1 h/3600 s = 55.56 m/s

    Divide that INTO 30 m to get the time.
