no i'm not try to cheat. i just want to
understand how do you round the #132 to the nearest million . if 2 in million place should i round up or keep it same value. i just want to able to understand . on my kids math practic only . it's not an actual homework .

    The 2 is in the millionths place. Since the number after it is less than 5, we round down.
