  1. Prejudicial use of rhetorical devices would be when someone uses language that causes you to draw erroneous conclusions and will often have little ground to stand on, or use faulty evidence such as gross generalizations, stereotyping by using preconceived judgments or ideas.

    An example is loaded questions like.."do you still beat your wife?"

    Non-prejudicial rhetoric is when someone merely states simple facts, which are already in evidence.
