math (more trig)

how could you do this problem?

i cant seem to figure it out and it seems like there is not enough information or maybe i didn't pay attention in class
i was able to get the one side that you can get through the pythagorean thm but that's all
any ideas?

i hope someone can figure out how to do the tinyurl thing because you cant post internet addresses and i didn't know how to describe the problem without the picture
