  1. You need a strong mind that concentrates on the job at hand. You also need a strong body to perform well athletically.

    Smoking fills your lungs with gunk and prevents even breathing when exercising. Drinking can mess up your physical body as well as your judgment. Stress and poor diet undermine both mental and physical capabilities.
