He saves \$17 a week for 4 weeks. 2nd Shoto went out with his friends to the new “Cold Soba” restaurant. The total cost was \$135.

3. hard to say. If the number of friends can vary but the total cost remains the same, it's an inverse variation.

Looks like you need to study the topic a bit more.
