Why is the answer for "If P(2,-4) is a point on the graph of the function y=f(x), find the corresponding point on the graph of y=-3f(2x)+1" is (1,13)?

All we know is that f(2) = -4

If 2x=2, then x=1
-3f(2*1)+1 = -3f(2)+1 = -3(-4)+1 = 13
