All we know is that f(2) = -4
If 2x=2, then x=1
-3f(2*1)+1 = -3f(2)+1 = -3(-4)+1 = 13
If 2x=2, then x=1
-3f(2*1)+1 = -3f(2)+1 = -3(-4)+1 = 13
