now you have 14 below median and 14 above median
SO the median is now halfway between the 14th and the 15 th.

120,000 is much more than a standard deviation above the mean, I bet it is the highest and therefore the range likely increased.

4. Number one is D because it wants you to identify that the median is not affected by outliers but the mean is. That's why it uses "not likely" and "likely."
