    Using,s=ut+1/2at^2
    1=1/2*1/4*t^2
    1=1/8*t^2
    t=2√2

  6. First find the time that needs to cover 1m distance and then from that find the final velocity at the end of 1m. Then with distance formula s=ut+1/2at^2 find the time.
