Jiskha tutors are those who have posted really good answers for several weeks. They also have at least bachelor's degrees and most have master's and even doctorate degrees.
However, everyone is welcome to post answers if their answers help students learn. Note that it shows professionalism when answers are written in standard English with appropriate spelling, punctuation, and capitalization.
