4. The equation f (x) = 4x^2 - 12x + 13 is written as the equivalent function f (x) (2x-3)^2 + k. What is the vale of k?

    well, the zeros are -9 and 2, so ...

    Or, you could just do it yourself
    f(x)=-1/8 x^2+3/2 x
    f(2) = -1/8 (2^2) + 3/2 (2)
    ...

    well, (2x-3)^2 = 4x^2 - 12x + 9
    so, ...

  4. Wait, so the answer to #4 is 9? Somebody plz help! This is a really important benchmark and I don't have a lot of time to finish it, then I have another one to do! I have to have them both turned in in just a few hours.
