Does my answer sound strange to you?

In both, "Miracles," and, "in Just-," the poets use images that appeal to the senses. In a paragraph, compare the use of imagery in the two poems. First, present images in each poem that appeal to the senses of sight, sound, and touch. Then, state at least one way in which the use of imagery in the two poems is different and one way that it is the same. Include details in the poem in your paragraph.

My answer:
In both, "Miracles," and, "in Just-," the poets use images that appeal to the senses. In, "Miracles," there are many uses of imagery that appeal to sight, sound, and touch: three examples are, sight; "Or dart my sight over the roofs of houses toward the sky," touch; "Or wade with naked feet along the beach just in the edge of the water," and finally, sound; "Or talk by day with any one I love …"In, "in Just-," there are also many uses of imagery that appeal to the senses, or more specifically, sight, sound, and touch. Three examples of this is: sight; "when the world is puddle-wonderful," sound; " whistles far and wee," and touch; " from hop-scotch and jump-rope." After reading and citing the imagery in both poems, I noticed a difference between the way the two poets use imagery. In, "Miracles, " the use of imagery is realistic and down-to-earth. However, in, "in Just-," the imagery, and overall setting, is more playful and foreign. Both poems also share a similarity in the imagery they use: they both describe the little things as miracles, or, "puddle-wonderful."
