I really need help in starting a scholarship essay. The topic is
How do you volunteer your time to others (whether it is family, friends, or to your community)? What has your volunteer experience taught you
I'm not sure if I should talk a bit about myself or go straight to talking about my volunteering. Please if you could give me tips or something that would be great
I'm not an expert on essays but I think either way is effective if dopne right. If I were doing an essay I would start bv "I volunteer for ............. and I find that ...... Etc". Discuss that thoroughly and segue into how/why I am qualified to help other people in this particular area.
