  1. when does 200 pi t = 2 pi ??? (when t = T :)
    T = 2/200
    T = 0.01 second

    when does pi x/17 = 2 pi ? (when x = L)
    L = 34 meters

    frequency = 1/T = 100

    for velocity, constant phase = constant argument
    200 t = x/17
    x/t = 17*200
