Use the formula S equals 2 left-parenthesis l w right-parenthesis plus 2 left-parenthesis l h right-parenthesis plus 2 left-parenthesis w h right-parenthesisto find the surface area of a rectangular prism with the following dimensions:

length = 1 m
width = 10 m
height = 5 m
A. S equals 32 square meters
B. S equals 65 square meters
C. S equals 100 square meters
D. S equals 130 square meters

what are all those words, words, words? This is math, right?

S = 2(lw)+2(lh)+2(wh)
and even that has unnecessary parentheses. I'd use
S = 2lw+2lh+2rh
or
S = 2(lw+lh+wh)

In any case, what's the problem? You have values for l,w,h; use them. In your original formula, that would be

S = 2(2*3) + 2(2*4) + 2(3*4)

I assume you can proceed from there ...
