A consultant traveled 7 hours to attend a meeting. The return trip took only 6 hours because the speed was 10 miles per hour faster. What was the consultant's speed each way?

I am trying to use the formula
d=r*t
how can i get the speed with out the distance

Let r be his speed going.

The distances are the same.
r7=(r+10)6

solve for.
