I am having trouble working on number patterns. I have to find the last three numbers of each pattern:

1)17,16,13,12 2)1,2,4,7 3)1,4,9,16
4.) 8,27,64 please help I don't understand amd my parents are trying their best to help me

4) this is a sequence of cubes, 2 cubed, 3 cubed, 4 cubed, ...

3) This is a sequence of squares..1 squared, 2 squared, ...

Thank You

1) In the first pattern (17, 16, 13, 12), you can see that there is a pattern of subtracting 1, then subtracting 3 repeatedly. So, to find the next number, subtract 1 from 12, which gives you 11. Similarly, subtract 3 from 11, which gives you 8. Continuing this pattern, you subtract 1 to get 7 and subtract 3 to get 4. So, the last three numbers of the pattern are 11, 8, 7.

2) In the second pattern (1, 2, 4, 7), you can observe that there is a pattern of adding 1, then adding 2, then adding 3, and so on. To find the next number, you add 4 to 7, which gives you 11. Continuing this pattern, you add 5 to get 16, and add 6 to get 22. So, the last three numbers of the pattern are 11, 16, 22.

3) In the third pattern (1, 4, 9, 16), you can notice that each number is a perfect square. The next perfect square after 16 is 25, so the last three numbers of the pattern are 9, 16, 25.

4) In the fourth pattern (8, 27, 64), you can see that each number is a cube. The next cube after 64 is 125. So, the last three numbers of the pattern are 27, 64, 125.

I hope this explanation helps you understand how to find the last three numbers in each pattern. If you have any additional questions, feel free to ask!
