    In this case 12 repeated 27 times.

    So 12 is the mode.

    The ​median is the middle value in a data set.

    There are 28 numbers in the list, so the middle one will be the ( 28 + 1 ) / 2 = 29 / 2 = 14.5

    If the number of data points is even, the median is the average of the two middle data points in the list.

    In this case the median = ( x14 + x15 ) / 12 = ( 12 + 12 ) / 2 = 24 / 2 = 12
