What does "present day culture" refer to?
Is it just things that go on today, such as drugs and new technologies?

  2. Present day culture refers to about everything that is a part of the lives of Americans:
    politics -- all sides
    electronic gadgets -- cell phones, e-books, etc.
    hate as in Nazi demonstrations
    love as practiced by those trying to follow Jesus
    many community organizations
    education -- pride in schools
    and so on --
