An experiment was done. Pulling blocks of mass that were certain amounts of newtons. There were 2 tests done. However, they varied by a couple decimals after the second test.

The results from the two tests differ slightly. Which would most likely cause the
variations in these results?
A. pulling the masses too slowly
B. the precision of the measuring devices
C. air resistance experienced while pulling the masses
D. decreasing the surface friction for the second test of each mass

I think c. please correct me. Thx

I wouldn't say C, the reason why is that unless there was wind or the gravity changed, air resistance would be the same. I would say B, because for example, if you weight yourself 5 times in a scale, all of the readings won't be the same, there will be some slight variations.
