Two stores carry a similar stereo for the same original price of $573. One store offers a 16% discount and the second store sells the stereo for $458.40. Which store gives the bigger percent discount? Justify your answer.

The second store price is cheaper beacuse 16% of 573 gives off $91.68 and when u do that u get $481.32 so 458.40 is cheaper.

I'm a little confused cause 16% of 573 is 91.68 so isnt it cheaper cause 80% of 573 is 458.40 and 91.68 is less than 458.40 ?
