Yes, think about #2. If the business wants you to buy their product or service, do you think they might be biased in favor of it?
On #3, I agree that the history textbook is a secondary source, although it should rely on primary sources itself. But so is a documentary film. It may show primary sources such as eye-witnesses, etc., but is still filtered through the perceptions of the film-maker. I'd say both are secondary sources, but #3 is probably the best answer for your purposes here.
