    In order to find the y intercept of a function, just let the value of x equals to 0.

    5/6 raise to zero is equal to 1. ( rule: any number raise to 0 is equal to one)
    So 4 times 1 equals to 4.

    Try substituting some values to x, for example:
    4 times (5/6) raise to 1 is equal to 10/3 or 3.3333..
    4 times (5/6) raise to 2 is equal to 25/9 or 2.77..

    Just by doind that you can know if it is a growth or a decay.
